How did my jump improve so fast?
Literally did one leg workout and my jump improved 2 inches after 3 days of rest or so. Is that normal? obviously its a good thing. Im 15 if that matters at all. But i couldnt dunk 9'8 then i did a leg workout and rested 3 days and now i can. how is that possible

Anything is possible. Maybe the first time you tried dunking, you didn't use all the leg muscles that are needed to reach potential height. After your workout you probably in a way practiced using those muscles thus making you jump higher.
