Obamacare abortion question:?
So, if you have a "right" to make me pay for your abortion through my taxes, why can't I force you to support MY Second Amendment rights and help me buy a gun? After all, it's my Constitutional right to own a gun just like you think you have a Constitutional right to an abortion. So, if I have to pay for your abortion, why can't the government force you to help me pay for my firearms?

Don't you just love liberals? They don't have a good answer, so they just lie. Either that, or they are so overwhelmingly stupid that it's amazing that they can breath and walk.
I agree with you. If I have to pay for abortions (which are not necessarily Constitutional), why shouldn't the government help me buy guns - which are 100% Constitutional.
Excellent point!!!

Obamacare is every individual person buying their own private insurance. Most insurance plans cover abortion. Your tax dollars dont go to private insurance premiums, so I dont see how you are paying for someone else's abortion.
You do have a right to have a gun, that has not changed. And women have a right to an abortion for personal reasons. Guns are dangerous, terminating pregnancy is not a danger to society.

1) Obamacare, or the ACA as most people should call it, has nothing to do with abortion, so why bring it up?
2) Your tax dollars don't pay for abortion. The Hyde bill covered that.
3). Learn a little before you open your mouth, it would save you from looking foolish.

Um, nobody's making you pay for abortions through your taxes, my dear.
Hyde Amendment ring a bell? Stupak-Pitts Amendment?

You do not pay for abortion through your taxes. If you are referring to Planned Parenthood, your taxes pay for mammograms and checkups. If there are legal abortions conducted, 60% of Planned parenthood budget comes from the donations from other women.

So what other religious prohibitions or personal feelings should we take into account when we administer healthcare? I personally feel that smoking cigarettes is wrong. Does this mean that my taxes shouldn't go to the healthcare of people who got lung cancer from voting? What about people who think premarital sex is wrong? Does that mean that their taxes shouldn't go to the healthcare of people who get an STD from premarital sex?
What about people who feel that drunk driving is wrong? Does that mean that their taxes shouldn't go to the healthcare of people who get in a car accident because they drove drunk? What about people who are opposed to homosexuality? Does that mean if a gay person gets AIDS that their taxes shouldn't go to their healthcare? Where does it end?
Or do we only get to provide healthcare for people who live the way you or your imaginary friend in the sky says is the right way?
