Why do I drink so much?

Ok I'm 20 and have diabetes, lately I've been really thirsty and urinate atleast every half hour, I know this is symptoms of diabetes but problem is I dont know how to fix it.. I have recently moved to a new town and don't know any doctors or anything to go and see..

My mouth is really dry and i drink atleast 10 litresnof water a day and I feel weak and tired yet when I test my blood it's all good :/ please help me..
