Hot sauce, for sure. BBlair's After Death as someone mentioned is in fact pretty hot, although it's a casual sauce by my current standards but when I first had it, I never had anything like it. A quarter size drop made my eyes water and the burn didn't go away for quite a while. Blair's Pure Death was the introduction to hot sauces hotter than what you can buy in a grocery store, and remains one of my very favorites.
After trying hundreds more since then, my favorite is probably Heartbreaking Dawns Cauterizer, made with fresh scorpion peppers. It's maybe twice as hot as After Death, and most importantly, it tastes awesome!

I love ketchup too, but my favorite is Mayonnaise. It's better on a BLT than Miracle Whip (and I like Miracle Whip). It's used to make salad dressings, honey mustard dip, and brings chicken and ham salads together in the best way. I even like to dip french fries in mayo. So, for sheer versatility, my vote is with Mayonnaise.

Mmm, honey mustard :) Good for dipping, you can make sammiches with it, god it goes on anything! There used to be a BEAST ketchup you could buy that was smoke barbeque flavored, but they tragically discontinued it. :( Kroger sometimes stocks a honey that has wildflower blossom in it and it's the BEST on hot rolls. If it count, I also sprinkle sea salt on EVERYTHING!
