Job interviewing tips?
Ok so I'm 18 years old, I have been thru an interview before at Meijer (where i currently work) and they actually had me interview 3 separate people before I was hired, I wasn't that nervous for any of them (maybe because I didn't really care if I was hired or not) and I felt like I did well on all 3, now I have an Interview Monday at a location that I really do want the job and really want to do great, My friend knows an assistant manager there and apparently there is 40ish interviews and only 4-5 positions being filled, I guess what I'm asking is what could I do to stand out from the 40 other people being interviewed?
I know this isn't the right place to ask this, i just think I'd get more feedback posting in here.

You will bring a good amount of experience to this position. Relate that. Sell yourself. Why should they hire you? Also, as you know, wear the appropriate clothes--shined shoes, pressed pants/shirt, clean hair, shower and smell nice and wear a smile. And use your formal language. No slang, etc. Don't forget your manners.
If your attire is inappropriate, an employer will think that you are sloppy with your job.
Oh, and be sure to wear clean underwear. That was my mother's motto. It worked for me.
Good luck.

Be as knowledgable as which you could concerning the organization and the job. Be prepared to play up your strengths and your job competencies; they undoubtedly knwo your heritage, and they have known as you in for an interview, so your expertise has impressed them in some way. Do not get hung up on the fact that you are coming into a different sort of job; just center of attention on the competencies you may have bought--that is what they're keen on. Additionally, have a list of questions you'd wish to ask; with a view to exhibit you're in the enterprise.
