What is your favorite manga series?

Gotta be D.Gray-Man for me, it's one of those rare series that, to me at least, seems like the characters are fleshed so wonderfully out to the point that you can really feel for them and care about what happens to them, and the plot is a very interesting one as well. It's one of the few that can get emotional reactions out of me, and really tug at my heart. The fact that it doesn't constrain itself to just one or two genres is another thing I love about it. It's got horror, action, drama, tragedy, and recently colossal amounts of angst and even little bouts of romance. And the villains! God are they interesting, they are easily one of my favorite parts of the story. I went into it expecting another generic shounen-esque type series like the others I read, and instead I got a semi-serious manga that slowly evolved into this strange and complex story that's making you question a ton of things you thought you know about the series, and if things are really how they appear. It's a whole mess of angst and sadness and feelings and I love every minute of it.

One Piece as well is very good, and is a favorite for a lot of the same reasons as DGM, fantastic characters, invoking emotional reactions in readers, and that incredible sense of adventure.

Hitman Reborn is another favorite, though it's a guilty pleasure as of late, I'm fully aware of how bad it's gotten but I can't seem to stop reading.

Noblesse is my favourite. I started reading it one day, because it seemed popular at the time... and each week I wait for the next update on the scans website o.o

I also love Pandora Hearts, 1/2 Prince, and D. Gray Man. Just because they're awesome.

One Piece all the way! Ir seems so dull and boring at the beginning but after like 200 episodes or so it will get way better i promise. People say that Naruto Shippuden is #1 but to me its like #7 while One, Piece, Bleach, Katekyo Hitman, D. gray man, and Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood rock the stage.

My favourites are DBZ, Yuyu Hakusho, Shaman King, Sailor Moon and One Piece

Vampire knight- I love all of Matsuri Hino's manga

Full Moon wo sagashite- Romantic and very sad

SakuraHime- In progress, very cool and interesting

Arisa- Find it mysterious and interesting

Kitchen princess- I like anything to do with cooking

Detective Conan/Case closed!- I love Mysteries! XD

Aozora Pop!- Some cool fashion manga!

Angel Manual- Cute and funny

Kaichou wa Maid sama!- funny and I luv it!

Fairy Tail- Fantasy!

Monochrome factor- comedy and fantasy

Gentlemen's alliance cross- Arina tanemura's manga!!

K-ON!- I luv music; very funny as well XD

XXXHolic- Quite weird; but I love it

NGLife- Awesome!!

Ouran High School Host Club- Funny and cool!

Doraemon- Funny/comedy

Beauty Pop- Fashion and romance XD

I have lots more; but not all of them are my favorites..XD

1. One piece because i can relate... i've cried while reading it and the story is very complex, but you wouldn't think that.

2. Bakuman well mostly because i want to know how to draw manga. plus its a great shonen love story about marriage and dreams.

3. Hunter x Hunter because the story is about action and strategy i guess. but i found the story well played and amazing

Saver - i love how strong the heroine is *physically and emotionally* and i love that she has a bunch of hot guys lovin her for her strength~

Red River - i love how the heroine matures from a weak little girl who needed her prince's protection, to a strong general who had the admiration of the troops~

Ingenuo - i love her love/hate relationship with her boss as they go through trials of jealousy and issues such as their age difference and his terrible temperment~

Skip Beat - i love how silly and mentally strong she is in the manga. i love her trials to get into a role and her denial of love and speaking of which, i love her relationship with Ren as he scares her and is admired by her~

Glass Mask - i love this manga because it shows the maturation of a girl into a great actress with the help of the man she hates the most...i love how coldhearted businessman Masumi struggles over his love for her because she hates him and the age difference and his loyalty to his company~
