How can i improve my skin? Please help?

I am 23 years old and since i returned from my holiday to egypt in june i have had really bad break outs on my skin (mostly on my face but sometimes on my back and chest). I seem to have lots of smaller pimples and the occational bit spot rather than spots all over.

I do use sun beds to try and clear these and i am not using any make up at the moment and I use pure witch hazel on my skin and wash my face twice a day. One thing i should add is my pill that i am taking is starting to give me other problems so could this be the issue?

i go back to uni in a few weeks and i would really like to get this sorted.

Please help

I agree it could be your pill. Regardless, just eat healthy non greasy or fatty foods & drink lots of water. Avoid soda, coffee, etc.. What you put inside your body is really to be considered as you may know. When you wash your face use a Green Tea Moisturizer after & avoid skin products that are thick & don't absorb onto your skin quickly. I just started doing this myself because I had the same problem. I'm already seeing improvement :-) However, here are some more helpful tips http://www.acnecureinformation.com/

I've had pimples problems since I was once in highschool, and only in the near past I began taking a multivitamin and fish oil dietary supplements. My skin is so clear and glowing now! I don't even ought to use proactiv anymore, just a day-to-day purifier.

yes, your pill could be one reason.

The best way to take care of your looks is by taking care of your inside. Meaning, eating well.
