It's a complete impossibility for zombies to even exist. In order for a body to move, it requires four things:

A brain to signal the muscles to move.

Blood and oxygen to engorge the muscle and cause it to flex and contract

A beating heart to pump that blood

Lungs to take in and provide the oxygen

And since zombies are walking corpses with internal organs which have ceased to function, including -- you guessed it, the heart and lungs -- it is a literal impossibility for a zombie to even exist. Even if by some cosmic miracle a rotted cadaver's brain was reactivated and its base instincts restored, it would lay on the ground like a heap, completely unable to move.

So to answer your question -- no. Couldn't happen.

Nope, but I'm prepared if it does

Not really, but if it's anything like the Romero films I'd be a zombie expert.
