My wife and myself are both pensioners. Our daughter wants us to emigrate to the USA in the next couple of years. I currently receive the state pension plus a military pension and an NHS pension. My wife has disability living allowance and will be eligible for the state pension in the next two years. Any straight answers please.?

If there is a reciprocal agreement with the USA yes
But if Americans cannot get a Pension in the UK then all you will get is the pension at the day you enter the USA Rate
In other words No Agreement your pension remains the same for all the Time you Live in the USA
No Increase I served in the Raf for 9 years and worked from the age of 15 and I only get 24 pound 20 p a week for Life
Your Military pension is Safe
as for Disability or NHS i cannot help

you may move an NHS pension offshore into USD via a QROPS if shifting to retire in the country. a defense force pension can't be moved until eventually it changed into began after 1986, so is basically not any reliable on your dad. NHS pensions may be transferred, although the loophole will be closed on April the sixth, 2015.

Andi's reply is spot on. The US is about the last place I would recommend a retired person to even attempt to move to, assuming that you could visa's in a reasonable amount of time, based on the issue wrt health care.

Yes but your pension will be frozen, you will not get any increases and it will be subject to any currency fluctuations, living allowances are not paid to those who live outside the UK.
