Why am i always fatigued?

Within the last 3-4 weeks ive had to take naps mid day from being so tired. And i feel weaker then i use to. I shoot guns a lot and simply holding a shotgun in a firing position gets my arms burning quickly. I eat poorly and dont really exercise much. But thats nothing new. The fatigue however is new. Any ideas of typical causes?

Update:

im 25 years old, 6'1'' 240lbs

How dense are you going to get, Bubba? Read your question over again & see if you can't figure out that you've just answered your own question!

Stress, anxiety, depression, not enough sleep, not enough exercise, crappy diet, & some medications can cause fatigue. You need to unload at least 40 pounds before you end up having diabetes or heart disease or high blood pressure.
