It looks like a hemmhroide but isnt painful, what is it?

It's still bubbly but doesn't hurt it's been there a while what should I do?

    They often don't hurt until they bleed so it probably is a hemmoroid :)

    Patience - it will hurt and discharge again. If you are very very lucky it is going to fade away.
