Why do some people that work for Apple not use the word "the"?

Do they just do it to bring the impression that they think they're above talking like everyone else or is it a real marketing strategy that works ?

Maybe instruction written by someone who Chinese (always seem to leave out word "the", I think maybe not have equivalent word in Chinese language. Also, forget to use pronoun, put "s" on plural word and not use use word "is").

Seriously, if is is a good product, it will sell itself and, if it is a lousy product, it will not sell well regardless of how good the marketing is.

I can't see anything wrong with it. The word "the" is missing only before iPencil and iPen. That's because it is the name of the product; no need for "the".
"The" IS used before "way" "most" "first" "best".
