4 weeks pregnant... up 2 dress sizes.. is this normal?

I am very recently pregnant (4 or 5 weeks).

In the past week each day I have become more and more bloated.. I am seriously holding so much water. My face is puffy, my stomach, hips and thighs are bloated and sore.. even my arms are bigger!

My diet hasn't changed, and I am already not fitting in to my clothes. Is this normal? I am so upset and I feel so fat and gross.

Does anyone know how to reduce this bloating?

If you don't want to screw your baby up, I suggest you eat what you want, when you want. You are supposed to bloat, though there is no guarantee you will go back to normal after your baby is born. Suck it up and go buy some pregnancy clothes.

Get a treadmill to run on, after you give birth, to lose all the extra water-weight.

Yes it is. The first 2 months I was so bloated, I looked 5 months pregnant. Reduce salt intake and drink tons of water. It will go away
