have you ever had a bad year?

2004 and 2005 were the worst years of my life.

I was about fourteen, and suffering what I think was depression, although I didn't know it was depression at the time. The depression came back last year, but this time I got got help for it. If only I sought help back then.

My year always has this One Big Boom which puts a Big impact on my life and It stays with me for a while. But then I see the good things which happened in that year..My year just becomes the best year of all.

every year can be bad if you see only the bad side of everything.

maybe if you see that bad things happen for good reasons

and then see the good side of the year....Like maybe ...you met your Old friend the day after you lost a job....like..You solved some problems with family this year because you took time off specific someone , you learnt about Facebook this year because you got a fracture and had nothing to do, you met awesome people online...or in real life because your Old friends Left you for no reason...

Thinking this way make your Life get better. and so does your year.

good question because it so happened i am now in a bad year .i almost fired from my job of almost 12 years .poor me . please pick this as the best answer to relieve my sorrow and pain .
