If a person is receiving benefits in the UK is there anywhere overseas that you can live and still receive you?
ie pension credit or income support. My relative gets crippling problems with her joints in Englands damp climate but otherwise shes lively and she would benefit to live in a more dry climate but she has no income other than her benefits

You or she should look online or call the office that administers the benefits.
The rules are probably set out clearly, including how much time she can spend in another country, whether health concerns change this requirement, and what doctor's or other certifications she would need to follow the regulations.
