I have a stent, I am diabetic and did experience high blood pressure over recent weeks. However, I am frightened by the rapid deterioation which happened after having violent headaches. I quickly sought treatment. My eye doctor said one eye is good but the other one is leaking, I have laser on Friday. My optitian saw that my eye measurement had changed quite a lot. My eye doctor said no evidence of glucoma. My blood pressure is normal last few days. I did undergo a lot of severe stress, one my mother died. Even though with my condition one would expect eye problems. I wanted to express my concerns as I think my blurred vision is something different. The facts are. 1. it happened in middle of afternoon. 2. I have been breathless for about 2 weeks.3. When I lie on my back the vision is better. When I go in a dark room, I can see much better. 4. usually if I have sugar high readings my vision corrects immediately I get in control. This time there is no improvement and some days it appears to worsen. Any ideas, and if it was blood pressure or other will it improve.

My ideal Hotel would be by the Nile, views of boats, picturesque but within close range of shopping areas. However safety is important as I am a female traveller alone.

Does anyone know any agencies maybe in Iran who take my booking for 2 nights in a 4/5 star hotel next month. Also I like a Hotel that is romantic with a good location for shopping malls and beaches

I get all sweaty, funny sensation in my chest but seem to overcome them despite being anxious. I had a heart attack last year (stent fitted) artery collapsed. I am diabetic and there are a few family issues what are causing me anxiety. I have to face the problems as they would not go away and they relate to my siblings

My daughter started with difficulties swallowing, complaining of something in the throat about 1 year ago and she was treated as a gastro problem but now she is having problems breathing, coughing, pain in her throat ( no blood discharges) and finally is seeing doctors. They have discovered her thyroid is enlarged but we are in the middle of further investigations. Doctors have not mentioned cancers but now her voice is hoarse. I strongly suspect cancer as she has every single symptom but

I want to also not get too paranoid and wondered could it be something less serious. She does have terrible heartburns

They want a romantic location, with restaurants, warm, nice atmosphere, nice beach in September. They are a young honeymoon couple but not over quiet.

a call centre selling energy supplies have they started sending spam as revenge?

, my email account is being bombarded with thousands of SPAM emails from random addresses. They appear to be full of random text from random addresses and arrive at the rate of one every few minutes, sometimes more, .this followed after having a mild confrontation with a caller from tel 00154

which appeared to be a call centre. i wondered if it was a revenge as he was very angry. i wondered could a call centre have done this and what a strange number, where is the number located

TAXI'S HURGHADA must be restricted to banning them from using their mobiles when driving and ban them from smoking while carrying passengers. One taxi I boarded was going all over the road as he argued on his phone and at the same time holding a cigerette in his other hand. Others answered their ringing phone constantly. Some taxis were so smokey that they triggered off coughs from those sitting in the car. We held on for life on route to the airport as our driver nearly collided with other cars and even the police stopped him but he only resumed on his phone a few yards higher up on the road. Maybe we should refuse to get in when we see them stop in front of us holding their mobile and cigerette. If we all did not board taxis when driver is seen on phone and smoking, maybe they would get the message

I will be in Hurghada at Christmas and wondered if its possible to visit this Hotel and use their restaurant. Will they have any Christmas menu.I did write to the Hotel but they did not reply. Some Hotels allow you to purchase a day pass enabling you to use their facilities

I have a unusual problem and wondered if any textile experts can advise me. To be honest to save on air costs I keep my luggage to a minimum, and leave my summer clothes in a dark area in cases in my flat in Egypt but to my dismay on my last visit to Egypt when I opened my cases most of my brand new white items were badly soiled with orange stains. My husband said because of the heat it had degraded the fabrics. Has anyone had this problem. I keep the blinds in the window closed minimising the sun but yes heat cannot be prevented . What can I do or how can I protect the clothing.

Can you tell me your opinion of the towns suitability for a middle aged couple. What are the people like. Is it friendly, is it cosmopolitan, is its location good for access to other nice places. Would you choose another area. Is it good living on the seafront?
