If you've been medically diagnosed with migraines (migraines are an actual neurological disorder, very distinct and different in manifestation and biology from run-of-the-mill headaches), speak to your doctor about getting an Imatrex shot or a migraine medication such as Frova. I take Fioricet just for the symptoms for mine due to mine being hemiplegic -- most migraine medications can make that type worse.

However, if you haven't been diagnosed with them, it could be a sinus headache secondary to a sinus infection or allergy irritation, and your only course of action would be to treat the problem at hand with antihistamines or antibiotics.
