Is 7 hours of sleep enough or too much?

hi! Im a 17year old boy and i used to sleep about 9 hours a day! But now i cant sleep that much because of my exams! Is 6 or 7 hours of sleep enough for me??

    recommended hours is 8 but as long as its more than 6hours its okay.

    Teenagers are supposed to need from 8-10 hours of sleep per night.

    Doctors say you need to get at least 8 hours of sleep, but 7 is good.

    I'm 16, and I tend to get about that. Sometimes I might get a little more, and sometimes a little less. I think seven hours is fine. My school starts ridiculously early, and I have a very busy schedule because of my extracurriculars, so I'm afraid 7 hours is usually all I can get. And it works for me. I think seven hours is a perfectly healthy amount.

    It's enough for most people. I can't ever remember sleeping for 9 hours.
