Can I get my car back?
Hello, I'm not too sure of this is the right spot but about 6 months ago I got rid my Toyota Supra and since then it has changed hands a lot but I found it on Craigslist and saw that it has the same plate number but its in a different state so I called my DMV and they told me my name is still on the title. I also have the registration for it also. My question is since its technically my car, do I have the legal right to repossess it?
Also, I should note that I never signed over the title. Stupid thing I know but just thought I'd mention

I think you should probably ask the DMV and then a lawyer on this one
