We both have no experinces, CDL or other certifications and would need to go to school. What would be the best way to get started as I have read several conflcting ideas about paying for school out of pocket vs signing on with a company who pays for it with terms and conditions.

Also, what is the monthly pay that we could generally expect or any good sources of information I can checkout would be much appriciated.

We've been together for over 2 years and this is something we've always argued about and its not that i go out and party. My best friends live next door and I just go outside for a bit and chill while she is in the house. She gets very upset whem I go outsides to hang out for a bit and I feel like it shouldn't even be a problem. Any advice on how to deal with this?

So my car was down for a month after I was in a accident and I didn't start the car at all so naturally the battery died. Since then my stereo cannot play music. I have a lot of aftermarket equipment including subs and those work fine but the music will not play even though it shows that it is on my deck which is a alpine CDA 9885 and VOCAL tweets and speakers. I have 1 alpine amp to power my speakers and 1 vocal amp for my subs as well as a equalizer to manage all that stuff.

About my job and they way I am treated and the way my coworkers are? We are threatened at least once a month that we will all be fired and they do a lot of shady business dealings. For example, they charge me $10 per check to have my uniform cleaned even though I only make minimum wage and in Oregon (where I work) that is illegal. And every day one of the owners who is also the accountant/HR Clocks us off at 8pm when we close even though we usually stay later because its busy she doesn't let us clock ourselves out. If we get overtime she will sometimes change our time cards to short us a few hours or only pay us for $40. Anytime there is an accident at work where an employee gets hurt and needs to get workers comp, when they get back to work they are always fired shortly after for some random reason. Also, recently our GM quit about 4 months ago and made the assistant manager take on all the GM responsibility but do not pay him for it. As well as there are a few employees that have worked there several years and have not received a raise even though all have taken on more responsibility.

I do have more examples but that will take forever to go through them all. But is there anything that can be done? and who could I contact?

So the passenger rear wheel is locking up. I just replaced the rotors (not pads because I was sent the wrong ones but will put new ones on soon) but after I put everything back to get her it feels like the ebrake is gripping the rotor very slightly I hear a slight grinding noise when I drive it I sprayed A lot of brake cleaner which seemed to help but I can still hear it. Any idea what can be causing this? FYI it's not the pads that are gripping the rotor only the drum ebrake is

And even though I have apple care it's still $220 to fix it. Anyways what I wanted to do is sell this phone for $220 and go to apple I lost it and they can replace it for $220. Are there any downfalls to this plan? Apple greedy *** gets more money. I get a new phone and someone will get a cheap iPhone 5

Just like the title says. I am 5'9 and weigh 260 and I plan on joining the army soon but I gotta lose 60-70lbs. However, I don't know where to start in terms of how I should work out or progression goals I should set (like how much I should weigh by the end of the month) I don't have access to a gym but that shouldn't be a big deal. But what I really need is an itinerary. Also, I have a problem with motivating myself to keep at it everyday. When I'm actually working out, I give 110% but its actually starting is where I always fail and I hate myself for it because I know when I have someone one there with me like a coach or a trainer but I have no access to one. Any and all help will be appreciated and I would like to add that my diet would be mainly rice, broccoli, hamburger patties and water. If its not bad for my body I would like to eat pretty much the same thing everyday so let me know if this is a good diet

Just as the tittle says. The error message I get is that I'm using the wrong password however everything else can connect using the same password and I've even connected my xbox to it ONCE. I can connect my xbox to my friends network no problem (he has Verizon and I've got Xfinity) Ive already power cycled everything and tried to using a static IP but still nothing. I had a dream that I was going to some special occasion at this skyscraper but the building was in partial lockdown because somebody wanted to do something bad. When I first got to the building there were reporters and they told me not to go up there because I might die. I went anyways and someone else got in the elevator with me as we were riding up he pulls out a gun and shoots me 3 times because I was a witness but not the main target. I am still alive but just barley but after a few moments passed by I pulled out my gun and shot the guy in the head twice killing him after i waited fir a few minutes waiting fir help in the elevator but i woke up

I woke up and had to vomit right away and I haven't eaten for at least 24hrs so all that came out was a yellow liquid (I am assuming stomach acid?) and blood. Now this happens on a regular basis and my doctor is as confused as me but what was different about today is while I was throwing up I started to get a nose bleed and I kept spitting up blood for about another 7 minutes which hasn't happened before. Hello, I'm not too sure of this is the right spot but about 6 months ago I got rid my Toyota Supra and since then it has changed hands a lot but I found it on Craigslist and saw that it has the same plate number but its in a different state so I called my DMV and they told me my name is still on the title. I also have the registration for it also. My question is since its technically my car, do I have the legal right to repossess it?

Pros: Very balanced team where no one player needs the ball in there hands to be effective so with this Rondo would easily average 12pts and 11 or 12 ast a game. Granger and ray spread the floor to make life in the paint easier for LA and McGee.

Cons: their is no true superstar on the team so clutch situations might cause some trouble. The backup squad is very defensive oriented and does not leave slot of room to put points on the board which can also cause problems late in the 3rd and a little into the 4th while the starters are on the bench

Overal: 9/10 they would easily be I'm the top 3 best teams and can make repeat appearances to the finals and they'd probably get about 55-60 wins per year

So I really like my friend but I'm not sure if she fills the same way. And she does things that make me think she does like she ask me to work on her car or she will ask me if I wanna go see a movie and for a while now thats what we seem to do alot is go to movies, but she doesn't like me paying or buying her stuff (food, car parts). And when we text eachother its just about random stuff. Like she tell me how she hates her Job or how someone in traffic annoyed her she is kinda funny. But I really have no idea on how girls work or what to say because I've been burned really bad. 350z, G35, WRX, Evo, S2K, modded 240sx where it's about the same value. I basically looking for a car or no more the $12k. I would like to be a lawyer that works in criminal law. I would need to a community college first and the transfer to a law school. I'm pretty overweight. I am 250lb and 5'8 and i want to get 200 by late august so roughly 3 months. Is this possible? I have already changed my diet so that's all good. I played alot of sports so even though im pretty big I can do things that alot of my more fit friends can't. I was thinking of doing a fitness program like p90x along with taken creatine. I am 19 and going to be 20 in March. I make about 15,600 a year and my Girlfriend makes the same so do you think we would be alright in supporting a child for a while? I currently have a car loan and still have about $10,000 and I know i have to sell the car so how would that affect my Credit score. I was thinking of going into the army as well because then that would be enough money to support her and my child if we lived on base. And any advice to tell my parents? They have always said be careful and do not have sex before marriage because they are Christian and I think they would be very mad at first but eventually would come around but I have to get over the Shame of telling them and I'm not going to get an Abortion because I just dont believe in it.
