Any ideas on what could cause?

I woke up and had to vomit right away and I haven't eaten for at least 24hrs so all that came out was a yellow liquid (I am assuming stomach acid?) and blood. Now this happens on a regular basis and my doctor is as confused as me but what was different about today is while I was throwing up I started to get a nose bleed and I kept spitting up blood for about another 7 minutes which hasn't happened before. So Does anyone have any idea what's going on?
