Questions about fitness program?
I'm pretty overweight. I am 250lb and 5'8 and i want to get 200 by late august so roughly 3 months. Is this possible? I have already changed my diet so that's all good. I played alot of sports so even though im pretty big I can do things that alot of my more fit friends can't. I was thinking of doing a fitness program like p90x along with taken creatine. So I need help on with program would be best or other ideas.

Great start... Stay active in sports..because this is cardio for u extra cardio... P 900x is good..but ur better off to hit the gym... So u can do high rep weight training an attack each muscle .... Also u can do additional cardio at gym... 3 x a week cardio at gym always weight train first... Weight training will burn the carbs..then cardio will be easier to do burn the fat in that sequence... Total gym visits 5 weekly.. 3 x cardio 5 weight training sessions... Everyother day abs for 10 mins... An stay away from creatine it bloats u... Just take a low carb whey protein and some glutamine..
