I haven't lifted in like 4 days is that ok?

i do chest abs biceps one day shoulders triceps forearms next and legs and back next. I havent lifted in 4 days...am i gonna lose alot of muscle or weight?

    yup, everyone needs a good shut down sometimes.. even professionals shut down time to time...

    its a big re charge for your body an u can be more intense in the next workout

    every 3-4 months shut down for 4-5 days

    That's fine. In fact, you should be taking a week off of lifting every 8-12 weeks. This will help your body to recover so you can intensify your workouts once you hit the weights again.

    That's perfectly fine! Your body needs recovery. You won't lose muscle mass in just 4 days...it would take about a month to see barely noticeable loss.
