Yes you have a chance at getting a job if your 16 and if you don't get the job ask the school to find you one they will help you if you have good grades it's called workability it's cool they get you a job and you don't gata work every day only a sertant amount of hours and then you get paid

1. Dress one "tier" above associates (except of course if they're in jeans and t shirts). If they're wearing khakis and polos, wear a button down and khakis/dress pants or the female equivalent.

2. If they ask for weaknesses you have, DO NOT say "I work to hard", or something completely irrelevant like "I'm poor at British Literature". Give them a legitimate weakness like lack of public speaking skills or something of that sort. Then give them ways in which you can or are improving.

3. Answer everything truthfully.

4. "Tell me about yourself" does not mean your life's story. Give a quick run down of your education, volunteer, and any applicable info that the company would like.

5. Smile.

6. Don't bring up pay unless the interviewer talks about it.
