Thank you for your question. As one of Jehovah's Witnesses I know we are asked this question often.......
Do You Feel That You Are the Only People Who Will Be Saved?
No. Many millions who lived in centuries past and who weren’t Jehovah’s Witnesses will have an opportunity for salvation. The Bible explains that in God’s promised new world, “there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” (Acts 24:15)
Additionally, many now living may yet begin to serve God, and they too will gain salvation. In any case, it’s not our job to judge who will or won’t be saved. That assignment rests squarely in Jesus’ hands.—John 5:22, 27.
Also we remember that in the days of Moses, a VAST MIXED COMPANY joined the Isrealites in crossing the Red Sea, and eventually into the promised land.

For thousands of years, Jehovah God has tolerated wickedness, long enough for righthearted individuals to see that human rule is a catastrophe. For example, in the 20th century alone, more than 150 million people were killed in wars, revolutions, and other civil disorders, according to one source.
Man’s viciousness was especially seen during World War II when some 50 million were killed, with many of them dying horrible deaths in Nazi concentration camps. Just as the Bible foretold, in our time ‘wicked men and impostors have advanced from bad to worse.’ (2 Timothy 3:1-5, 13) Today, immorality, crime, violence, corruption, and contempt for God’s standards are rampant.
Thus, Jehovah is fully justified in bringing this wicked system to its end.

Only Those doing the will of the Father Jehovah God will survive the up and coming end of this system and enter into the kingdom of heaven.
“Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will.' Mt 7:21,22
Ask yourself, "Who are the ones doing the will of God"? YOU will be looking at the survivors. Only Noah and his family made it safely through the deluge.
Examples of those not doing the will of the Father, God.

If there ever would be any "coming end" in the nearest 100 years, atheists would probably be the only ones to survive, not the religious ones because the atheists would try to do something about it while religious people would just pray.
