Weightlifting Chest Size?
So i have the six pack and some nice arms, but my chest is lacking. My chest is a size 38".
My normal workout once per week is:
Warmup db press: 2 sets low weight
Db press: max weight: 4 sets of 12,10,8,6
Db press: normal weight: 3 sets of 10
Incline press: normal weight: 2 sets of 10
Flies: heavy weight: 3 sets 10 with 10 push-ups in between each set
I only do this workout once per week because it completely destroy my body. Am i overworking my body? and what are some ways i could change me routine to get a larger lower chest?

You should go on www.bodybuilding.com - they are the experts on bodybuilding and they'll tell you everything you need to know...DIET is the most important thing though, if you arent getting enough calories and protein you won't build any muscle mass at all.
Btw...stop your normal workout routine, it's all wrong...unfortunately I don't have time to explain but if you go to the website I linked you can get a proper healthy routine on there...it's free and safe, Google it if you don't trust me.
