Is there anyway to block questions or put a mark next to it from people with 100 points or less?

As lots of questions below that are "i'm sure" put up by trolls who have only been on answers for a week or so,

What do you think?

Nope there isn't. The only way is to open the profile in another tab or open the question and hover over the icon with the mouse.

Actually it's not a bad suggestion to make, to enable the "hover" function to a profile/avatar on the category page as well. That way you could see with the mouse from question to question without having to open it up. You can make a suggestion here if you wish http://suggestions.yahoo.com/?prop=answers

However it's a bit unfair to automatically condemn all profiles with 100 points or less. We all started from the beginning at one time. Also there are people who ask really good questions but just prefer to ask rather than answer, so their points total is often low.

Usually troll questions are pretty easy to spot and if in doubt just move on, there's always another question out there which is more legit looking.

Correct me if i am wrong as it is a while ago since I started

Dont you start with a hundred points anyway. So whats the point of banning people with less? A proper troll answers more than asks
