what is the graduation from masters? is it to PhD before doctorate or one can get a doctorate b4 a PhD?

You need your bachelors degree to move on to your doctorate or masters. Bachelor's degrees usually take 4 years to complete. After you have your bachelors you do not have to get a masters degree before you get your doctorate. A doctorate program is just a longer, more intense program than a masters. You can get your masters in 1 or 2 years but a doctorate takes much longer. A PhD is just a doctorate of philosophy, which is a type of doctorate.

Masters is an 'M' designation. MA (Master of Arts) MSc (Master of Science) MEduc ( Master of Education etc. A PhD comes after you have finished your doctorate program. And a PhD IS a doctorate!
