12-0 Ohio or 11-1 Boise State for BCS at large?
NOT SAYING IT WILL HAPPEN!!!!!!!!!!
With no Big Ten teams ranked in the top 25 in the polls that count towards the BCS (Ohio State not eligible) a none BCS team only has to get to 16 in the BCS poll which should be attainable for Ohio and Boise State if they win out.
Boise talking points:
Boise State currently ahead 5 spots in the Harris and 8 in the Coaches. Boise State also has a tougher strength of schedule to finish out.
Ohio talking points:
Senior QB
UNDEFEATED!
Note: Louisiana Tech gets the nod if they win out no matter what, so its not worth mentioning in this what if scenario.
OH goodness....... a typo was made in the question... its 13-0 Ohio
Boise Brett - I realize Boise State doesn't have a great schedule but Ohio has a much weaker one. Don't forget that Nevada may be ranked in the final weekend against Boise.

IF that's the case, Ohio. Our SOS isn't that high with Michigan State sucking and the second best team we play probably being Fresno St. And we haven't been that impressive either, the team has been like Jekyll and Hyde
I realize that, but these BCS people will probably realize that Ohio has something special going and will try to cater to a larger fanbase than Boise's. Plus, Ohio has looked like the better team

Ohio, to be an At Large team from a non AQ conference you have to go undefeated & Boise State already lost one game this year to Michigan State 17-13 on September 1st

once you're making tens of millions of money, then you truly can replace the regulations. your "straightforward experience" ought to placed the entire ACC all up in fingers, and a minimum of yet another BCS convention. there is not any perfect answer. although the gov't gained't document any healthy, because it has higher issues, like economic gadget, remote places conflict, and so on.. a number of you human beings in effortless words evaluate the international through your own eyes. there are higher issues, and yet you pick truly everyone to imagine like you, and for the gov't to take prompt action for this "disaster" (cough) of faculty freaking football communities no longer being treated "truly" in the eyes of a few inaccurate followers. i'm happy you're life is so solid. the very clarification why you probably did not element out Ball State (in effortless words one loss) interior of a similar sentence as Texas Tech is the precise clarification why Boise State isn't entering right into a BCS bowl, and yet Virginia Tech is. keep in mind, Texas Tech is in third position of their convention, albeit a reliable one. i don't like the BCS gadget both, yet a minimum of i won't be able to be my head right into a pulp banging it adverse to the wall. believe me, you do not pick the gov't concentrated on activities. look on the steroid mess in MLB. the leagues ought to "police" themselves. Robert, properly reported. i agree w/ you in a lot of procedures. Frankly, i imagine the rankings will educate, that besides the East coast, the rustic will watch the Boise State vs. TCU sport more effective than the Cincinnati vs. Virginia Tech sport. and that i think undesirable for Boise State followers. on the effective fringe of the coin... for each year that there is an glaring argument about the BCS, the extra effective the danger that it's going to finally get replaced; in 2014 or although. that is like my 0-13 Lions. the superb probability they ought to advance (lengthy time period) is to make history and go 0-16, so as that the owner feels stress to promote the team, and/or make radical adjustments.
