Spiritually speaking, should I get off my butt and go to service tonight?
I have been such a slug... it's hard to meditate in my parent's house... Y!A has been my only link to the outside world in two weeks... :/
But then I'd actually have to get dressed and drive somewhere...

Don't worry so much about the meditation practice right now.Just get back into the flow of human contact slowly...Try to find places that make you laugh...or at the very least,places that just make you smile. It all unfolds exactly the right Way...

Ummm, you might burn some calories if you go to service, at least that's a good start.
