Working same muscle group 2 times per week ok?

Is it ok to work the same muscle group 2 times per week?

Does this get faster results? Or is it considered over training?

I am doing this with cardio 2 times per week. Is this good?

    Absolutely ok!! No, it is certainly not over training, its just 2 days a week!! Of course its gonna work better when you're doing it more, better 2 days a week then just one ya know. So yea, that's good, certainly don't worry thinking this is over training cause it is absolutely not!!
