Do some Christians cherry pick at the bible?

to suit their own reasoning's/desires in life, thinking they don't after answer to God for their actions and that God will agree with their actions in life?

There really is a difference between "cherry picking" and "quoting" from the bible to support our position in the faith. We as Christians would not think of Jesus Christ as "cherry picking" when he debated satan when he used scriptures in debating Jesus when He too fought right back rightfully dividing the worth and intention of God's scriptures right back at the devil.

The word of God is quick and powerful and rightfully divides truth from lie. Too many try to demean the true meaning and intent of the scriptures to mean something different.

The right way to "quote" from scripture is always for God's glory and His alone.

The wrong way is to pervert it to mean something different. We saw this happen in the Garden of Eden when Adam and Eve rightfully quoted God's word back to Satan but the devil was able to twist or pervert it's meaning to dishonor God.

Does this help? Me thinks would not help for the disbeliever.

Of course some Christians cherry pick at the bible. So do some Muslims, Hindu's Jews etc. We find this in every belief.

    Many do, some don't

Many used certain ones and ignore other if it suits their agenda. I've seen some use some scriptures to justify wrong actions of others so they don't have to accept accountability.

Yes, some have convinced themselves that God will agree with things I am sure he wouldn't

    You nailed it

Of course they do. How else do you get the false teachings like the trinity, hellfire, immortality of the soul, all good go to heaven and worship of the cross. One needs to use the Bible as a whole and not pick the parts that suit them.

If you have an understanding of the Bible, apparently, you just know what the real meaning of the scriptures is. People who interpret it differently just don't understand the Bible and aren't true Christians. For some reason I don't understand, it never once occurs to them that this is exactly what people who interpret the Bible differently say about them.

No true Christian does. John 15 says this on the subject:

oh 15:1 I am the True Vine, and My Father is the Vinedresser.

Joh 15:2 Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away. And every one that bears fruit, He prunes it so that it may bring forth more fruit.

Joh 15:6 If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered. And they gather and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

Joh 15:7 If you abide in Me, and My Words abide in you, you shall ask what you will, and it shall be done to you.

He also says: "if you love Me, obey Me." Seems pretty clear to me.

Those who do as you say are cast away as dead branches. This means they are erased from the Book of Life and go to hell with the rest of the unbelievers.

    Not some. All of them.

I will take the thumbs down as insecurity with their own religion.

    Some? Try all.

I've yet to see a Christian complain about eating at Red Lobster, wearing clothes with mixed fabrics, or stoning disobedient children. They don't follow the festival of weeks either, which is listed in the actual ten commandments (the ones supposedly put in the ark of the covenant).

They all do. How many do think really don't where clothes of two fibers, don't eat lobster, don't put a Christmas tree up. Don't pray in their closet.
