Would a master's degree in nonprofit management be considered a terminal degree?

Thinking of brushing off my resume.

    It would if that is the highest possible degree available in that area. In other words, if there is no PhD. in the subject, then a MA would be considered a terminal degree.

    Is it an MBA? If so then yes that is normally a terminal degree.
