Is it better to pop spots/pimples or leave them alone ?
I get quite bad acne mainly red but sometimes white, my wife said it's best to leave them and because I've been popping them and messing around with the spot I have spread them and this is why there quite bad now, so is there any truth behind this ? should I just leave them alone?

I been told you leave them alone because they could spread try putng s bandaid on it in the nighttime sometimes it does work

if you want to pop pimples wrap your fingers in toilet paper, thick enough so your nails wont hurt or puncture your skin and cause scaring. i do this all the time and have no scaring. stop when you see clear liquid or blood and that means the pimple is fully out
