but isnt he korean ? shouldnt he be in korea?
but its too hard to actually recognize it b/c of the crappy quality. but try lookin for some Yoseob childhood pics.

It looks a bit like him, but it's not confirmed or anything.
It doesn't seem very reliable to just assume it's Yoseob.
