Romney's administration would cater to the hawks of the old guard without benefit of the respect that President Obama gets from the Chiefs of Staff. Veterans are tired and want to come home for good. That's why we need President Obama for another 4 years.

The news about the "17" is new to me. But it doesn't take Romney going through George W. Bush's "war chest" to understand that he (Romney) will have his hands full of wars and skirmishes for the duration of his presidency.
