what is wrong with my breathing?
I have started to notice off late that I seem to have odd breathing at certain times off the day. Just last night while trying to get to sleep and again today during a meeting I found my self needing to take several sharp breaths and found myself unable to manage unless I did so. My breathing look fine the rest off the time but people have started to ask me about it and I am clueless about what it may be.
I have heard off shallow breathing and after looking it up did not relate to it as such.

It could be astma, if you have a cold? Astma can get worse (cold induced) or it could be dust in the air?
