What did you have for lunch and dinner?

Lunch - ham salad sandwich on wholemeal bread, bunch of grapes

Dinner - hunters chicken with wedges and mixed veg (homemade), yogurt with mixed fruit and meringue

Breakfast: Wheat toast with peanut butter

Lunch: Tossed Salad

Dinner: Two slices of pepperoni pizza

There was a piece of chocolate fudge cake with peanut butter frosting thrown in there somewhere.

Had Roast Chicken with White Rice for dinner last night.

Dinner last night was stuffed Italian pasta shells.

Lunch today was a burger from McD's.

Lunch: cooked chicken sandwich with salad and mayo.

Dinner: homemade cottage pie with baked beans.

lunch - I had some chicken flavored noodles

Dinner- Chicken Tikka Wrap , Chips & a Dr Pepper

And no i dont usually eat like this haha

Lunch: I skipped :(

Dinner: Salmon with coconut rice and steamed veggies.

Lunch- Cereal (yes I didn't have breakfast, I had Brunch).

Dinner- Nothing yet.

For lunch i had pizza from Pizza Hut.

For dinner i had a chicken pot pie.

Lunch- nothin

Dinner- abunch of apples and oranges
