Is it okay for a pregnant cat to be active?

My pregnant cat has been very active tonight? We have a kitten who is 3 months old they have been playing and running around all night is that normal for a cat that is pregnant? We are not sure because she has been nesting and was lazy all day? Now she is really active? I need help :/

    she is fine, cats have heaps of muscles to protect their bodies. Cats don't normally need midwives

    Yes it is fine, just keep her indoors, so she is safe and does not have kittens outdoors.
