how to get respect from father-in-law and mother in law?

Yet alot of people go throught what your going through so you need to thinkof your family and just try to please her and your son. Do not worry about her mom and pop or be envious of the other guy. What if they lost what they had and you still had your job and would they not be poorer than you. So what you must understand you can do what only you can do accept that failer is part of life.Getting angry only feeds the bad in your life so stop when yor wanting to yell at your wife who i thinkonly wants to help you. If your mother inlaw wants you to go find a job else where, thank her for her suggestion and ignore her or think of something funny . YOu will find yourself a good job soon just kindness and patients is all you need and tell your wife to find a word that when your getting angry to say to you so you can realize or snap out of your getting angry and calm down. ok
