What is the right age to start shaving a child's legs?

My daughter who is physically age 10 but is disabled and is cognitively around the age 6 or 7. ( She has a rare birth defect that causes this) She is in the 4th grade.

Her legs are very hairy and I know how mean kids are already about her being disabled and I want her to fit in as much as possible. So what do you think would be the appropriate age to shave her legs( electric shaver)? I know I can't stop kids from being mean but this is something I can do.

Children can be mean. If it's affecting the child go.ahead and shave her legs. But I think the age depends on the growth of the child some children mature faster than other's so it's up to that!

I honestly think any age is fine. At 10/11ish years old I used nair, it's cream you put on the area for about 3 minutes and wipe it of with a damp cloth and the hair is gone!

At 12 I started shaving with a razor.

Yes. It's ok. Besides, it's a personal care matter. If her legs are that much of a concern, then do what needs to be done.
