Question

National Geographic is set to air Seal Team Six: The raid on Osama Bin Laden. NBC is scheduling a benefit concert for victims of Sandy. Interesting is the timing of the Seal Team Six release to say the least. All it may be missing is the title: How I killed Bin Laden. And as for the concert, I truly hope that this is not politicized and transformed into a self serving Obamamercial we are so familiar with, the likes of the 2008 campaign but judging from who is highlighting it appears it very well may be. So here is the question: Will voters see through this if it turns out that both are just that? I hope it does not stoop to that as an all new low for politics.

And on the night I wrote this, I discover PBS airing a Frontline episode Of Obama's life history. Amazing. As for the Sandy relief effort concert, I do NOT suggest delaying it. Is it not clear enough that I suggested NOT turning it into a political campaign effort for the Obama campaign? This is likely to have happened, but amazingly did not. At least from what I observed.

We must expect the President's friends in the media to pull out most of the stops in the last few days, as he's in a tough spot right now. They see it as their duty to help the Democrat Party as much as possible without it seeming as obvious as it is to those of us who can see what's right in front of our eyes.

Sandy really beat up New Jersey and New York, it impacted surrounding states, some severely. As a result a lot of people could use any help they can get and a fundraiser close to the event will raise more than one held later on.
What would you suggest, delay or perhaps abandon a benefit concert/telethon for political reasons.
That sounds like Romney logic, don't pay attention to those people, they will be too busy digging out to vote for him.
As for the performers on the bill, yes it's a surprise that the entertainers who work the Romney campaign events naven't volunteered their time for the sake of the distressed people in the North East, too self interested I guess, Non partisan behaviour isn't a Republican strength right now, despite the occasional exception like Christie

pathetic. But it wont change anything. Obama will still lose.
