Okay, so in some places i don't have wifi. The only place i have it is my house and other places that do have it. Is there an app that i can download that i can get wifi in places that doesn't have it?

No wifi does not work like that. You have to be in range of a wifi access point and have the password.
You could sign up for a 3g contract if your iPod touch supports it.

No it's not possible to get wi fi where there is none there has to be some type of wi fi system for you to be able to be connected
