It could be a few hours, or maybe a few weeks. No later than December 15th, because that's when the electors vote.

IT WILL DEPEND ON HOW MANY LAWSUITS ARE FILED AND IF IT IS CLOSE I EXPECT A LOT OF THEM WILL BE FILED
