Is It Legal To Travel Across Ok To Tx Alone On Horseback?

Ive wanted to do this for a while now. I have the safest route planned, best equipment and an amazing horse. I of course have permission from my parents. I am just gonna make sure its not illegal. I wont be traveling after dark and only through back country. I'm 15 years old. Thanks and God Bless.

You can go anywhere on horse back where travel is not restricted. As in on the Freeways or big city high speed roadways where such travel would impose a hazard. Check local ordinances on road hazards such as high rates of speed, airport runways including private ports that don't have fences or 24 hour towers should be avoided. There you go. You can even do the drive up windows in most places on horseback provided the Idiot on the other of the glass isn't a jerk.

Also if you're horse knows the way home, you tie the reins to the saddle horn you won't get ticketed for riding drunk.

If your parents are OK with it then it isn't a problem.
