Is it wrong that Christians on here have me wanting to start referring to myself as anything other than?

The problem is with who is on these kinds of sites. Only a small minority act like those on here. I call them out sometimes, even though I'm Christian as well. Religion is no excuse for acting superior. But remember, don't blame a group, such as a religion, for the intolorance and ignorance of a few.

Given that the Atheist cant seem to get it through their thick skulls that there is a difference between the various religions that call themselves "Christian" and lump all denominations into the single general bucket "Christians" I can't say I blame you.

It is kind of intellectually dishonest, they will recognize different denominations when it suits their purposes - i.e. arguing disagreement between denominations demonstrates Christianity is wrong, but when it does not suite them They will pretend there are no differences and the Westboro Baptist with their 30 or 40 members represent all of Christianity, or that all Christians are responsible for the Roman Catholic Inquisition in Spain.
