What bit me very painful does not itch ?
2 days a go I got a sharp stabbing feeling in my neck. So I looked an seen 2 holes like a spider bite. Then blisters came up. It's very painful but does not itch. It has swollen more, so I stuck a needle in it. An some black stuff came out.

your skin then your flesh will start to die off. A big black encrusted hole will appear as your flesh dies and falls away.
GET TO A DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
This happened to my friend, it was on her leg. She went to the Dr. and he just told her to put antibiotic salve on it. (That was BEFORE her flesh started to die!) Three days later she went to the ER in horrible pain and a rotten looking hole in her leg that looked over an inch deep. She stayed in the hospital for almost 3 weeks. She lived but she felt like dying, it was terrible.
IF your "bite" is NOT a spider bite that's great! But IF it IS get it taken care of as SOON as possible. And don't try and get by with putting antibiotic salve on it!

What do you mean "like a spider bite"? Spiders don't bite people.
Go to a doctor's office or hospital right away or you might die.
