I think since the degree is broad you could probably be unique and try and tailor the job based on some of the skills you have had in your college training. Since your degree is not health care based, you may want to visit some of these links to see what type of jobs are available for administrative type positions where your degree may qualify for.

I would think several office jobs or assistant in human resources would be good. Even customer service or patient account representative. Someone to help with billing, phones, paper work...etc. Just start by apply at one hospital and seeing what kinds of jobs they have. They always have a description of what it is you have to do exactly. Good Luck.
