They are more aware than most are and they gets shots before going into country as well as monitored once they depart country. They also had things like this in Korea, had something to do with varmints running around, their urine and fecal matter in the dirt. The locals in both country's have adjusted and can live with it were as the American can not. I know while I was in Okinawa I began to have more warts. It had to do with my environment and diet, once I came back state side it cleared up. Everybody's body reacts in its own way, some worse than others.

With all the crap that's over there, I think it's just more crap that got brought up in the news. There's worse things overseas than some crap in the sand.

Im more worried about the heavy metals, toxins, pollution, bacteria, smoke, and black mold I was constantly exposed to for 21 months in Iraq.
