I personally would not get my dogs groomed there. I have heard quite the grooming horror stories coming from petsmart groomings. My friend took her bichon there and they sliced up the little guys tail (which is really odd because you never cut a bichons tail) anywho not only did they slice it up they glued it back together with some liquid bandage and never said a word about the injury. So yeah petsmart is great for toys and that's about it.

It all depends on the person grooming your dog but for the most part they do a good job. As long as they have someone that has worked there for a while and knows what they are doing. Sometimes they will hire in a new person that doesn't have a lot of experience that might not do a very good job but your poodles hair will always grow out again.

My mom gets her Shnoodle groomed at petsmart and they usually do a great job. My mom gets the full grooming package which includes nail trimming. They didn't trim her nails regularly when she was brought in and her dew claw (claw that is up higher than the rest) grew so long that it started growing into her skin! She had to have them removed by the vet. I don't know why my mom wasn't getting ALL the services she payed for at petsmart, but they ended up causing her dog unnecessary pain and costing my mom extra money on vet bills...

My aunt has a toy poodle and she usually takes him to petsmart. It is just the matter of finding the right groomer who does good. If there is someone you did or didn't like you can request that person or request not to have that person. It is just like getting your hair cut, you have to find the right person.

Well now, let's think about that question.
I honestly doubt (don't you, when you actually, you know, THINK about it?)
that the very same groomer grooms at every Petsmart location worldwide,
so, you know, I would think that how good a job a Petsmart groomer would do
would depend on the particular Petsmart groomer at a particular Petsmart. Yes?
In other words, it would depend wouldn't it?
